You can ask Hallazgo to delete your account and the personal data linked to it.
If you still have the app: open Creator, then choose “Delete my account”. That removes your creator account immediately.
If you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in: email privacy@hallazgo.xyz from the Google account you used (if any), and include your Hallazgo creator name. We process web requests within 30 days.
Gameplay records for hunts you joined as a guest may stay as anonymous session totals after your account is removed.
